CO-DIRECTOR?
To help ensure the CAMP Co-Director team best represents the membership across Devon and Cornwall, CAMP CIC is looking for expressions of interest from current or past members who would consider becoming CAMP Co-Directors.
CAMP currently has around 200 members and is a thriving, member-led community of creatives spanning Devon and Cornwall. We are looking for people to help us:-
- recruit and support CAMP members
- raise funds
- forge partnerships
- design, deliver and evaluate events, projects and activities
- respond to member feedback and continue to develop the organisation.
CAMP Membership Questionnaire, September 2025
A reflection on and analysis of the responses.
In September 2025, CAMP co-directors shared a questionnaire with members and former members to get some feedback and guidance as we move into the next phase of our collective creative project. The questions addressed how people feel about CAMP, how involved they are, the role of co-director, and what they think about the membership costs. We had 63 responses – 6 of which were from former members. We were happy to get replies from 57 current members; at just over 25% of membership, this felt a good if not exceptional level. The CAMP team have drawn some of the diverse responses together into themes or threads. That the responses were broadly positive or very positive is encouraging for the future of CAMP, but we acknowledge that this reflection draws from the quarter of CAMP’s membership who replied, so is likely to reflect the views of those who are already more engaged and more involved.
